Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to handle enquiries, accounts, auctions and contracts, secure payments, comply with legal duties and prevent fraud or disputes. Consent is requested where required.
Recipients
Access is restricted to authorised staff and necessary providers for hosting, storage, email, payment, transport or professional advice. Personal data is not sold.
Retention
Data is retained only for as long as needed for its purpose, statutory duties, evidence and possible disputes.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object, and withdraw consent. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Security and transfers
Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are used. A recognised legal transfer mechanism is used for processing outside the EEA.
